B2B learning and certification platform with progress tracking, micro-rewards, and mobile-first video/quizzes. We redesigned the learning flow and added analytics to cut drop-off and double engagement.
The client needed to improve engagement and completion rates on their training modules. The existing platform felt dated, didn't work well on mobile, and lacked clear progress signals—leading to high drop-off before certifications.
We redesigned the learning flow with visible progress cues and micro-rewards, rebuilt the video and quiz player for mobile-first with offline support, and added lightweight analytics to identify drop-off points and A/B test content order.
