EdTech study and flashcard platform built to scale for schools and districts. We refactored the backend, added event pipelines for learning outcomes, and built admin and SSO so schools could onboard and report without custom work.
The product had strong early adoption but needed to scale reliably and prove retention and learning outcomes for investors and schools. Technical debt and lack of school-facing reporting were blocking district rollout and fundraising.
We refactored the backend for scale and resilience, added event pipelines for product analytics and learning outcomes, and built an admin and reporting layer with SSO so schools and success teams could onboard and measure usage without custom work.
