The client needed to validate a mobile banking concept with real users without committing to separate iOS and Android codebases or a fragile backend. Security and compliance had to be baked in from day one.
We built a React Native app for iOS and Android with a Node API on AWS, implementing auth, KYC-friendly flows, and transaction handling with encryption and audit logging. Architecture was chosen so the MVP could evolve into a full product without a rewrite.
