Challenge

The client had a strong in-person reputation but no way to capture demand online. Phone-only booking was losing customers and staff time was spent on scheduling instead of service. They needed a professional site that could take bookings and payments without a long build.

Solution

We built a React front end with a Node backend for availability and payments, designed service packages and a clear booking flow, and optimized everything for mobile so customers could book on the go. Delivered in 6 weeks from kickoff to launch.

Results

• Bookings up 60% in the first quarter post-launch
