External developers were struggling to discover and integrate our APIs. Support was overwhelmed with onboarding and docs were scattered. We needed a single portal where devs could get keys, read docs, try endpoints, and see usage—without tickets.
We built a Next.js developer portal with interactive API docs, key management, and a GraphQL-backed dashboard for usage and quotas. We structured content so partners could self-serve from signup to first successful call.
